Many homeowners have been working hard to trim their boulevard trees!! Remember this is a Canton Township ordinance (boulevard tree branches must be 7 feet from the ground- both the street and sidewalk sides.) This is our MOST active complaint. You MUST trim all Boulevard Trees to 7 feet or higher! If you are unable please reach out to any local tree service company and comply.
The board has a duty (to all homeowners) to fulfill the obligation of maintaining the aesthetics of the neighborhood by striving to maintain the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which ultimately improves the quality, character and value of our subdivision. Thank you in advance for maintaining your property in accordance with the CC & R.
OUR subdivision is currently 2019/2020 rated #1 for "Most Desirable" places to live in Canton by Relators. Relators often report "Quick sales with high percentages selling above asking prices" and often state that our well kept and attractive pool and tennis court is highly sought after by buyers. We are approaching the 1/2 million selling mark for homes. It takes each homeowner to take pride in their property and maintain fresh paint, clean windows, cut grass & well trimmed bushes and trees. It is the obligation and responsibility of this current board of directors to enforce the rules to maintain this high desirability.
Respectfully,
The CPHOA#1 Board
